Yes I have. My bf had this on his. He had it since he was ten years old. Before he was sexually active. It has never bothered me. A person can get acne everywhere, why not on their genitals. For all the other ignorant ppl answering this. Its not an STD dumbass. Go to the dermatologist. There is a specified cure just for this. And its not herpes.
