I am a seventeen year old girl who plays soccer for my school. I was completely naked in the locker room after a game when the male janitor came in and saw me. He asked if he could touch my private parts. He tickled them. Should I tell anyone? It's not like he raped me.

Speaking from personal experience from when I was a teen, and now the mother of 3 grown daughters. . .
IMMEDIATELY TELL YOUR PARENTS WHAT HAPPENED! Do not walk, RUN! The police and the school board need to know about this guy. At age 17 I do not care if you said "Yes" or resisted.
This man ASSAULTED YOU - unwanted touching. At your age, your state may say you do not have the legal capability to make the decision to allow a man to touch you in a sexual way.
My suggestion for you and your team players in the future is to ALWAYS pair up during dress up / dress down. If there are 2 of you there, a man is less likely to make advances. If you are alone & this happens again, yell, "FIRE!" You will definitely have the attention of people nearby.
Do not be like me. I thought it was MY fault, so I did not tell anyone. IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. The janitor should have excused himself until you left the dressing room.
