You have trained the dog very well.
If she does not eat the dog food and holds out long enough you will cave in and feed her people food. Easy to teach wasn't it?
Now Esparanza gave you the answer the same one I always give to my clients.
Put down the dog food give them 15-20 minutes and let them eat ifnot pick it up and feed NOTHING unitl next feeding time.
A normal dog will not starve itself. She will eat but you are going to have to convince her nothing better is comming and that may take a few feedings. She will get the idea but only if you do not feed her anything in between meals.

You basically answered your own question. The reason she won't eat her own food is she knows if she holds out long enough she will get people food. DO NOT give any people food, buy a nutritious puppy food and give it to her. Put it down for her in her bowl give her 15 minutes to eat. If she doesn't eat take the bowl up. Do the same thing at the next meal. The puppy will learn that the food in her bowl is the only game in town and she is not getting people food and she is not getting all day to think about eating dog food so she better eat it when it is offered.

The answer's totally obvious! She won't eat her food because she doesn't have to!
Pick a good quality food and stay with it. If you stop feeding her people food, she will eat her food and be much healthier for it. You're not doing your dog any favours by feeding her human food, and she's now so spoiled and conditioned not to eat her food, that you seem to think she hates it. Feed her dog food!

Ways I get my puppy to eat is either feed her, put food on the ground, or make the food soft with water.

Put a little bit of people food at the bottom and show it to the dog before you put the dog food on top then he will most likly eat it after he does give him a little bit more people food so that it will kno that u will give him a treat after he eats his food! =-]

I have two suggestions, 1) maybe you should change its food to something she agrees with and 2) maybe she wants privacy when she eats. That is what my dog did when he was a puppy, he didn't like being watched.

Ezperanza hit the nail on the head.
Trust me, if the dog is hungry enough, it will eat anything you put in front of it. It's not something to worry about terribly ... just growing pains.
