I just wanted to know if it is safe to give Nutri Dent Nylabone Edible Dental Brush Chews to a 14 week old Chihuahua. Serious Answers Only Please!!!

I would be afraid to give it to a Chihuahua, as those chewable dental bones can cause bowel blockage in tiny dogs. My dog's teeth became, and stay sparkling white since feeding Canidae..available at most local pet supply shops. ( I used to breed Chihuahuas)

That doesn't sound like the best idea. Hold off, read the package carefully, and call your vet on Monday.

if it is smaller ones should be fine, stops them from chewing on your shoes etc.
