Yes...
(Luk 24:39) Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
(Luk 24:40) And when he had thus spoken, he showed them his hands and his feet.

(Joh 20:25) The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
(Joh 20:26) And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace, be unto you.
(Joh 20:27) Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
(Joh 20:28) And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
(Joh 20:29) Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

Yes, Jesus went to heaven with his (glorified) body.
The upper room is where His followers gathered and prayed after His resurrection. On the 50th day, they were all filled with the Holy Spirit (thus the name Pentecost.) I'm not sure what you mean when you say that confirmed a physical resurrection. Maybe you are referring to the verse where He said He had to go away in order that the Holy Spirit might come. But I guess someone could still make the argument that the resurrection was not physical.
I think the best evidence of a physical resurrection is that the body was gone!

Yes you are perfectly correct, Jesus made this profound statement,` I will you up on the last day` so if the spirit is immortal and goes to God when we die, then the promise must be concerning a new glorified body like that of Jesus.

That's hard to believe. I don't think the event was mistakenly translated. Look at it this way: how high did Jesus go? 20feet? 100feet? Couple of miles in the sky?

I believe Jesus ascended, but in spiritual form.
