In my bedroom, I have the bed almost centered on the wall but more to the right a little bit (to allow for a bookcase which I have in the corner to fit). I'm hanging one wall decor piece (a wrought iron candelabra) on the wall with a wall sconce on each side of it (so 3 pieces on the wall). My question is: Do I center these with the my bed, or with the wall? Thanks. :)

The bed is the focal point of any bedroom, so center your sconces with the bed. To help with the imbalance, hang a picture or use a plant with the same height as your bookshelf on the other side of the bed. Perfect!

I think for the best eye appeal, center it with the bed since it's more likely the focal point, rather than the bookcase. Maybe you can find something else to add to the wall to balance it a little more since it has to be off-center.
You could also move the bookshelf, or if there's no room for that, removing it completely from the room and replacing with a floating bookshelf on another wall would give you more space and allow you to center your bed.

Center it in reference to the bed. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best way to approach the situation. Also, it might help you to know that I have an armoire that is intentionally off-center on a wall and I've hung a picture over it so that the picture is directly above the armoire, not in the middle of the wall.
