I was blessed with parents who weren't nosy, overprotective but not nosy thank God. My parents respected my privacy and so did my siblings if any of my nosy siblings went into my private things and found something guess who'd get in trouble for bringing it to my parents attention, yep my sibling for disrespecting my privacy and they'd get the *** whoopen of their life. Me I'd get a good talking to about not having things that I know i shouldn't have in my parents home if I didn't want to run the risk of one of my nosy siblings finding it on purpose or by accident, my parents were very cool in that respect. I raised my children up the same way. Moral of the story respect ur PARENT'S HOUSE, it's only ur house , ur room, and ur things for a little while.

my mom found my empty whiskey bottles and my smokes. She didn't say much till now. Every once in a while, she throws it up in my face and gives me a hard time. All in fun. I guess she yelled at me once, but she found out that it didn't bother me much. I said to her that she didn't have any room to b**** cause she used to do the same thing. This happened 10 yrs. ago.

d just start crying! or get mad but i dont live w/ her i only stay w/ her every once in a while but after the last time i was living w/ her im never going to be w/ her again so i wouldnt care if she found coke in my room b/c she wouldnt be able to do anything about it b/c she doesnt tell me what to do or how to run my life anymore! but if i did live w/ her and she found anything in my room that was bad she'd either cry or get p!ssed but i hardly ever get in trouble, but my dad is a huge druggie so he wouldnt even care!

Yes, when I was like 11 or 12, my mom found my journal and read it. She said she read it because she was watching Oprah, and it was about teens who attempted suicide, and the parents stopped them just in time; the way they found out? By reading their child's diaries. I was on punishment after that because she saw where I called her some names in a few entries. I deserved the punishment, though.

haha yea my mom found a package of three condoms in my room with only two still in the box when i was 14... she wasn't happy but she was like "at least you used protection" lol

My aunt found my diary but she didn't read it . I would of known if she did..
I had it wrapped in paper so I could tell if it was messed with.
she told me she had a diary when she was a teen ager too.
