I am having a hard time telling the difference is political correctness, welfare, social security, education, and peace the agenda of liberals or conservatives.... I think this country spends way to much time taking care of those who don't take care of themselves. I am a christian, but if I am going to have to conform to the new world order and become modern and culturally sensitive and think that I evolved from a monkey and that only the strong survive and the week perrish and sometimes its not natural for mothers to give birth because they have other plans then, why not just convert to that dogma and do what I want where I want any way I want as long as I can get away with it because the only person I have to answer to are the authorities and there not that good at their jobs. Why should anyone do anything if there is no design or purpose. If it is all just a big accident of a natural process beyond my control and there is no hope... Why not just live it up and get it over with and take drugs and life support til we can't be kept alive any longer. That is much more natural of a state for mankind in his polluted environment of advancement and civilization.
the only true christian civilization I have seen in a community in my life time is perhaps Amish people.... try to understand that

not somewhat.. The ultimate court docket has been very solid usual of keeping that from occurring. Granted, I nonetheless disagree with the court docket over Lynch v. Donnelly that well-known "ceremonial deism" that helps an exception for "In God We believe" and "below God". exterior of that, the SCOTUS has an fantastic music record for safeguarding the enterprise Clause. No, the honestly international places that are or are in possibility of turning right into a real Christian theocracy are: - Uganda. It functionally is one already. - eire. Its present day blasphemy regulation substitute into the fantastic nail there. The irony is that the style of religious in eire is drastically below interior the U. S.. - The Holy See. with the aid of definition.

No, I would not. I may be Christian, but the idea of a theocracy sounds wrong. Sorry to disappoint you.

I'm a christian, and I definitely don't support theocracies. Men should never take God's laws into their own hands, it's for God to judge not us. LOVE should be our motive to draw close to God, not FEAR!
I pray that day never comes, unfortunately the bible predicts it will.

I think seperation of church and state is actually healthier for Christianity. Look at Europe. Some western European countries give to the church with tax dollars on a mandatory basis and most Western Europeans seem to think Christianity is a big joke

Only by the will of men actively choosing Jesus for themselves, no political pressure, no quota to meet, no force, only by people seeking Jesus, and no other way.
Except that Christians continue to answer questions and share personal experience where relevant.

NO! I am not a Christian, and they are trying hard enough to change our laws and Constitution to favor their beliefs. It is scary and disgusting.
Thank goodness their ''holier than thou'' leader, George W. Bush, will soon be gone Too bad we have 2 more years of him.

No. And I know it will never happen (well, not in the way that you mean). You cannot legislate morality. I just want Jesus to come back.
