My daughtter's having a baby and she's picked a girl's name but can't think of one she likes for a boy. She wants something short and modern. Doesn't like long (what she calls ponsy names) like Sebestian (sorry if there are any Sebastians out there I like the name. So, something short, masculine, unusual but not fancy.

hi there are a lot of names out there for boys but you have to like the name first then when you see the baby you know that this is the name for them and they suit it once you start saying it a few times my grandson his name is brandon and i don't think he would suit mark or Ian or harry or brogan or Taylor just think of nice names that you like keep a few and when the time comes you will know they are suited to that name good luck

Mine is Thomas Edward. Thomas after his deceased greatgrandfather and Edward after his deceased grandfather. Also can be shortened to Tom, Tommy etc, but we still call him Thomas, although sometimes I just call him T!

It's just a good old fashioned, nice normal name and suits him to a T. Look through your family history and see what lies there!

Good luck ..........Celine

My favourite is GUY!
