well.....I have been through this. It is naturally that you might feel angry, betrayed or hurt...scared...yucky....I mean I went through all of the feelings!! The fact that your mom has waited so long says something about her priorities which is good. She is not going to just take any old guy, and you are very important to her.......see how it goes...she might not even be ready and then you will be worrying for nothing. Having a guy around wouldn't be so bad because they can help out a lot with things that you would never have thought.

Well, just because your mom got a new number doesn't mean she will call this guy....much less end up dating him so he becomes her boyfriend.
Congrats to your mom on her new look. I'm guessing that she is appreciating all this new attention.
What you should do is be supportive of your mom and enjoy her dating experience... you guys can talk about the men she dates and it will teach you a lot about men when it's your turn to date.

Don't underestimate Moms..You should let her go for it and if she needs some pointers on her clothes, hair , or make up... hook her up!! LOL. Just because you haven't seen her date doesn't mean she "suddenly" got attractive. She probably realizes she has time to date since you have gotten older. Sounds like a great mom

dont say something in any respect. Im 19, and my boy is 23...it gotten to the factor with my mom that im shifting out. I made a mistake via telling her, so now she might throw "tantrums" everytime i flow out...which consequences our dating with my bf.... each and every discern is diverse. yet once you think of your mom gets used to it over the years or you will in a position to regulate it...your incorrect. purely shop it to your self for now, untill you could the two have a word or flow out.

What >is< there for you to do?? Isn't she entitled to have her own life, and share it with a man? If you like the guy, and he isn't abusive or a louse, then support your mother, be happy for her that she can be happy, too.
