my hair is terrible it is just so flat how can i make it not so flat

There's stuff called "Volumizing Shampoo". Wash with it daily, and your hair won't be so flat.
You could just have very thin hair, it's not necessarially a problem. I'd reccommend getting the shampoo though.

well since ur a guy i think u should gel it guys' look totally hot that way!! but it depends on ur info. put how long of hair u have and ill leave another tip when u do

Your picture looks like you use lots of gel!
For permanent lift--get a body wave!
For the 99¢ answer--use gel!
