As long as both of you maintain control of the situation, you can do many intimate things together w/o having sex. Sex is a decision, it doesnt just "happen" w/o ur knowledge or anything. Both of you make the decision....By intimate I mean whatever you are comfortable with, without having actual intercourse, that is what you mean right? You can have oral sex but you are a bit young yet, make sensible decisions ok?

Always make sure it is cool with her. She might think you maybe rushing to quick then the next thing you know you're *** is out the door. Respect how she feels about her answer whatever it may be.
