Waxing would be your cheapest bet, and it will not cause your hair to grow back thicker. Otherwise electrolysis is permanent and laser hair removal is semi-permanent.

Wax it, and no that will not make it grow back thicker. That's just a myth. People have a set number of hair follicles, and waxing can't change that. In fact, some people find that by waxing the hair eventually grows back slower. Your only other option would be to bleach it, and not only does your skin react badly to it but bleaching looks bad a majority of the time anyway.

Go to a salon and have it waxed. IT can take a few weeks to grow back, but it won't be any thicker. The more you wax, the more "abused" the hair follicle becomes. Eventually the hair will come back less and less.

You can try to wax it off using Sally Hansen Beauty products. Just be cautious if you have sensitive skin.
Hope it works out.

you could try threading it or waxing it with hot wax.it will definitely work. i personally think that waxing is less painful though.you could get it done at most beauty salons. good luck :o)
