I get that too, it's from anxiety. If it's too bad, you can ask to be put on anti anxiety medication, like if you start going into panic attacks like I did. Mine got to be full blown panic attacks, started out by the rash and I guess I'd get so self conscious over the rash that it just made things worse.

You don't want to be put on medicines unless you have to though, they have side effects that can be worse than the problem. I chose to go on Prozac and it stopped the panic attacks immediately.

The best thing I found to do, is when the rash started coming on, I'd just say "Oh well" and not worry, and if someone pointed it out, I'd just say "I know, it will go away, it's just nerves." The more you concentrate on it, the worse it gets - at least it did with me. Just knowing that it's nothing serious and it will be okay helps alot. Try to take a few deep breaths (slowly) and let them out and relax as much as you can, or get some fresh air, preferably cool air. I found out that warmth, warm air or a warm shower made it worse. Good luck and I'm sorry this is happening to you. It sucks, but you can overcome it.

I wouldnt know the name I have always just called it a nervous rash, a couple of my friends get it and they also get it when they drink alcohol or get hot too, always around the neck, they dont seem worried about it so I dont think its serious.

Intersting, I do not have an answer for you.

What I do know is that your body also gets rid of waist through skin.
Your skin could be so rich with blood when you get nervous that toxics goes through it way too fast.
Wich irritates the skin and causes rashes.

I too suffered my whole life from eczema wich has something to do
with this.

Your stress hormones are triggering an immunity response ie hives, breakouts. When you are under stress, it triggers certain hormones from your pineal glands and other glands to your brain, which in turn sends out an immune response to your body..
hives, breakouts, rashes.

i do too or used to anyway. it's not as bad now. very embarrasing though as people always remark it. Not sure if there is a blood pressure link or what. Work on your confidence skills and self esteem and it should improve for you. Good luck.
