Don't bother about it. This is natural kitten play to establish rank within the litter. It is also helping the cat develop its natural hunting skills. It is all natural kitten behaviour.

This depends on how long they have been together. Generally when you introduce cats to eachother, it takes about a week for them to become used to eachother. Unfortunatly there is nothing much you can do during this time except be sure that they do not hurt eachother. Try not to seperate thm as this extends the period of time needed to bond. After about a week or so they may not be the best of friends, but they learn to tollerate eachother.

how old are they? Females go into heat at a much younger age that people think. If they are around 5 months they could be mating!

They are just playing, give her time, she will eventually show him who's boss.
