Look at it this way, you wouldn't expect a computer or airplane to assemble itself. That would be illogical, correct?
In the same manner the universe and life (which are more complex than computers, airplanes ..etc) cannot assemble itself, nor come about by itself.
There is One God that created this universe.
Also logically speaking GOD cannot create another God, because God should be the CREATOR not CREATED, so that refutes John 1:1, because God cannot create God.
God is eternal, has neither a beginning nor end, because he is independent of time. When the universe was created by Big Bang, TIME-SPACE-MATTER all came about.
So you have to ask yourself, what came before the Big Bang?

I am a Christian and I can explain why I believe in the Bible. The bible was written over 2000 years by over 200 authors. The prophets in the Bible predictions came true. Unlike the modern day prophet, Jean Dixon who was wrong on almost all of her predictions. The prophets in the Bible made predictions about Jesus Christ almost 400 years before Jesus was born. To give you an example of this prophesy, say you were to predict the name, date of birth, the sex, the birth place, the death place, the cause of death, and the age at death for a person. The odds of you getting all correct would be 1 to the 17th power. That is a 1 with 17 zeros! The bible prophet's predictions of Jesus number 232. The bible prophets also predicted the fall of Babylon, a great city of commerce and wealth, the walls surrounding the city were wide and tall as the Great wall of China. The prophets predicted there would be no trace of these walls in the future. Today These walls are not able to be found. Babylon is no longer.
Compared to classical works, the Bible is know to have over 200 original copies. There are less than 20 original copies of classical works. The archeological evidence supports the stories in the Bible. Also, take a look at our calender, the day Jesus, the infinite god man, was born, our calendar is based on this date! There are non-Christian historians who documented the life, death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Josephus was the most famous author and his book is titled " Anitiquities". The Christian authors of the time also documented Jesus. and to be fair we must include the New Testament authors, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John who wrote the gospels as a testament to their life as a witness to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, the Christ. Paul who wrote the letters of the new testament was a witness to Jesus' resurrection when Jesus appeared to him while Paul was on the road to Damascus. Paul persecuted Christians before Jesus appeared to him and his life was dramatically changed after seeing Jesus. Paul began preaching the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ and was beaten, thrown in jail and traveled because he knew Jesus is God. This is all good information, but to have this be more than a history lesson, you must receive this with faith. Saving faith, not just knowing what I told you is a fact, but relying on Jesus as your Savior and believing he died on the cross for you and paid the penalty for your sins and rose from the grave and accended into heaven to purchase a place in heaven for you. This is the key to heaven, saving faith.

I believe in Deism. Everything has a cause, which ultimately goes back to the cause of the Universe, which was caused by the "Unmoved Mover" (aka, God). God does not intervene in the world (he has no need to) and does not send prophets, messiahs, holy books, etc. (if he wanted to talk to us, he could do so without them).
Everyone must find their own way, and if that is Christianity, Buddhism, etc., then so be it. No one has the right to force their religion on anyone else. People go to heaven if they do good deeds, nothing else matters.
I feel it is right because God gave us a brain and expects us to use it (to quote a bumper sticker: "God gave us reason, not religion"). God would not deliberately deceive us in order to test us if God already knows everything. This is why I believe in Deism.

No religion is the right religion. (Yes i am religious, just listen to my logic) Everyone has their own beleifs and opinions. No one can say any one religion is right because for them it might be, but for someone else its not. Just like my whole family is Christian, everyone in my family since my 10th great grandfather on the Mayflower came to america. My parents and 2 sisters are Christian. But im not. It works for my whole family, But not me. Everyone has different beleifs. No one person has the right to say any religion is the best.

The one that follows the Bible the closest.
with over 1200 religions just in the USA and over 6000 in Africa
you have to wonder how all this proliferated, right?
This conversation could go on and on. You keep searching and if your heart is right you will find who has the Truth.
“If YOU remain in my word, YOU are really my disciples, and YOU will know the truth, and the truth will set YOU free" - John 8:31-32
"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world. 17 Sanctify them by means of the truth; your word is truth. 18 Just as you sent me forth into the world, I also sent them forth into the world. 19 And I am sanctifying myself in their behalf, that they also may be sanctified by means of truth." -John 17:16-19

whichever Religion one feels in their heart is the right one. GOD is to big to be in only one place. there are many paths and ways to get to ones destination as one can walk, ride a bike, a motorcycle, take a bus, a train, a plane, Etc. and still arrive where one wants to go. getting there is the important thing -- not how. the basic differences between one religion and another are the NAMES they refer to GOD as along with the various Rituals and Ceremonies they use to Honor, Worship, Adore, Praise, Pray and Petition, Thank, etc. etc. their concept of GOD.

Since all humans end in death, the right one would be the one that offers life eternal, other than that why bother. This promise must be followed with the leader leading through death.

No one can answer this question for you or anyone else in my opinion. Each of us has to find our own way, our own values and our own religious beliefs that work for us. Of course, for me Christianity is right, but for you it may be Muslim or Jewish or Buddhism. I sincerely feel that each individual finds their own spiritual path and shouldn't be judged because of their decision.
