If the nails were just trimmed they will grow in again. If the nails were surgically removed by a Vet they will never grow in again. The practise of removing a cat's nails is absolutely inane. The cat has claws to hunt with as well as for self protection, if one considers doing such a thing they should first consider not having a cat.

removing the nails is actually called declawing.
It is surgical procedure to remove the "nails" and they never grow back.

if they cut her nails they will grow. but if they pulled (removed, declawed) them they will not grow again.
