Breakfast - water first thing. Coffee black and a muffin or bagel.
Lunch - soup, salad, sandwich.
Dinner - a sit-down dinner. Pasta, meat and potatos or rice, salad, seafood, try to keep it varied and interesting. Pie, ice cream, fruit, some kind of dessert.
Snacks - sometimes some mixed nuts or raw veggies. Fruit juice, V8, I'll have a Coke or ginger ale maybe once a day.
I have a fairly physical job. I'm 6'0" and 155lbs. Never sick and I fit in 20 year old jeans. Oh, yeah, social drinker, beer or wine. Like femasc1 said, listen to your body.

Most of me snacks and meals have quite a bit of protein in them. I usually eat two protein bars daily and drink a protein drink one to two times a day. I try to eat quite a bit of meat with salads. Keeps the weight down and actually helped me lose over 35 pounds. I am actually underweight for the first time in over 20 years.
