I have a LG plasma Tv.Does anyone know how you get a picture in a picture?

It depends on which model you have. Not all LG plasmas support PiP. I have an LG/Zenith plasma and it doesn't support PiP. If you either list the model or reference LG's support web site, you will be able to find out whether your tv supports it.
