These two girls keep calling my boyfriend about 6 times a day. He never answers but they keep leaving him provoking voicemails. They're really starting to creep him out and we need something to say to them. We're not really sure who it is, but does anyone have any ideas on what we should do?

Unless they are calling you personally, you should not say anything to them at all unless you want to let on to them that what they are doing is threatening your confidence in yourself and your relationship which is clearly what they want. If your boyfriend really doesn't want them calling him and if it is upsetting you then he needs to man up and take care of it himself. Just have him tell them to get a life and leave him alone. If they don't get the message, then he can change his number.

Well i wouldn't threated the girls because you do not know what they are capable of. I think you should tell your housband to call them back and agree to meet them some where and you him and a FRIEND should go to the place their going to meet and ask them to not call you husband anymore. Or your going to call the police and give them their description.

tell then to stop calling or you will call the police and report it since any kind of phone harrassment is against the law.

tell them that he is not available and then have your boyfriend change his phone and give it out only to people that he can trust

How about inviting them over for sex???
You and him wait for them to arrive and see what they are willing to do, then take pics or video and show it around to his mates... That should get them away!!!!!!
