Noodle necklaces.

You will need;

Yarn
Large hole noodles of varying shapes
Glitter
finger paint

Decorate the noodles and let them dry.
String the yarn through the noodle holes and tie it off when finished. You can create a 'needle' with the yarn by wrapping the tape tightly around the end of the yarn several times. the larger the hole in the noodle, the easier it is for young fingers to thread the yarn through them.

maybe you could create a paper frame for a picture of them and let them decorate it in christmas colored sprinkles/crayons/pasta noodles, and the like, then put their most recent/cutest picture in it.
