A provisional would not have factors (many times), yet, a 'ghost' * licence could have been created to place the standards on. the way the regulation could artwork is: He can't be banned as he carry no licence. yet, if he passes his try formerly the standards are faraway from the 'ghost' then he'd be up for an instantaneous ban & licence revocation because of the standards. (As in basic terms 6 factors allowed for brand spanking new drivers). *Ghost licences are created for those that do not carry a valid uk licence with the intention to difficulty factors - no count if non-uk citizens or driving and not using a licence. this is effective tho provide instructions - yet could propose not likely for the try till while they are cleared.

Kimbridge is correct, that is assuming you hold a full drivers licence, if you got your points on your provisional then its up the the instructor, you NEED to make them aware of the points before driving the car as its their insurance and licence you are jeopardising if they are not covered.

i ve received six points that led me to loose my license because if you are passe d for under two years and you receive six points you may loose your license when you pass again the points remain on your license till 3 years so i was getting lessons again with six points and the instructor never said nothing about it.If you receive points on provisional license you must tell before he or she can give you lessons
