However, marijauna can be a very very wonderful thing. Medicinal Marijauna has helped millions of people world wide.
It can be manufactured into Hemp. Presidents George Washington, Clinton and Bush have all smoked it. It is a great relaxer and can help "stressed out" people "Mellow out."
Medicinal Marijauna is legal in many States. If the government was smart it would make it legal for everyone. Just think how much it would reduce the crime rate. Domistic violence would drop. It would mellow out all the "Crack Heads." I mean come on America....it's time to "light up" and put a smile on your face.

Well for one thing, medical marijuana is legal and is given to certain people with medical problems by qualified doctors. It can also be detrimental to one's health in ways I won't go into now as well. The bottom line is weed isn't legalized to the masses because of the mental effects it can cause to some people that use it. America has enough problems with alcoholics and people being drunk in public, so I guess our government doesn't want to add another possibly mind-altering substance to the legal mix. Cigarettes are legal however because of the money the government gets from them, and the fact that, while they can cause health problems, they don't alter one's mental state. Not that I agree with all of it, but that's how it works.
