The other 2 guys are right....and depending on why you got banned has an effect also. For example, if it was for drink-driving and you were over a certain limit.....you have to pay for a medical and a blood-test to prove that you are not alcohol-dependent. The licence itself costs more in this case too. Take it from me....!!!!!

not necessarily the license, as it will depend on why you got banned but the insurance will be expensive.
