Take your dog to a vet.
It could be age & metabolism and the need for different food or she could be ill or it could be something else.
She needs to be seen by a professional.

I agree with others, take your dog to the vet, if you dont have the money or something then atleast call and the nurses will sometimes give you advise on the situation. Somethings that help puking is to give them some milk, and half a slice of bread. Also dont let her eat anything after she pukes for about an hour or two to let her stomach settle. Also make sure she isnt getting into anything she isnt supposed to. Your best bet is to take it to the vet. he will know what is wrong. And if you cant pay for the visit usually there are programs that vets or local animal shelters offer that lets you get your pet taken care of and they help you pay for it.

Honey that it to the vet but try feeding it different food smaller amounts sometimes with older dogs they can't digest their food well or chew it up if it is dry food. We have a regular size Chichi that has congestive heart failure she has trouble eating so we get her some canned food and I feed her small amounts twice a day with her heart medecines in it. But get her to a vet. Sissy girl has bad coughing spells and her food will come up and sometimes it is just fluids but take her to the doc. Hope it is nothing bad. Good luck.

try giving her a small amount pepto bismo for a few days . sometime that helps also a little milk each day. And most small dogs will live up to 20+ years. big dogs do not live quite as long most times.

She might be getting old. Or your feeding her WAY to much, like my beagle or any other dog, if you feed them to much they WILL barf, but she also might be eating something, or being fed something that dosen't agree with her stomach.
