I have eaten one large package of venison sausage over two days (along with other things of course!). A friend who hunts often gives venison to me as a gift. It was so good, but so filled with fats. It was wonderful though...but it did make me sick, and I did realize that it made me feel very full. I still like venison though, and I am very excited whenever this friend shares it.
Often enough thouh, I eat too many things that are fatty...really, I eat too many things, and I always regret it afterwards; it's a wonder I don't weigh 500 kg! But what can I do?--I love food! Nonetheless, it's always an inspiration to go exercise or play a game afterwards.

Mmm, I don't think I'd regret that. I usually regret giving in and eating something fattening but that also is not as good as I hoped it would be. Like if I endulge in a piece of cake I would want it to be something like a double chocolate with triple chocolate frosting with ice cream, instead of a mediocre cookie or a stale piece of cake :)

Check your science. Smoking tobacco has many ill health effects (even more if smoking the processed cigarettes with chemical addictive fillers they add), eating fatty foods has many ill health effects, taking canabis (smoking, eating, vaporized, whatever), no significance long-term health effects. Allah hu akbar. Why did Allah make tobacco and canabis for different things? Because Allah did and we are supposed to distinguish. Canabis is prescribed for people with asthma because it helps open the lungs. Isn't that amazing? It is also prescribed for anxiety, glaucoma, chronic pain, and many other illnesses. It also has numerous beneficial industrial uses. It can produce 4 times the amout of textiles in the same space as cotton. It can be used for soaps/cleansers, solvents, and several other things that are now made from environmentally-polluting toxic synthetic chemicals. Did I mention it is prescribed for anxiety? It helps people with anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder calm down and feel much better so they can relate properly to others again if their anxiety or trauma disorder has been triggered. It has spiritual benefits as well as most who use it become aware, sooner or later. Do you know why they made canabis illegal? They gave all kinds of phoney reasons they are still handing out in the propaganda. It was for the chemical and pharmeceutical companies. The cotton farmers benefit some, but the chemical and pharmeceutical companies were the big winners. (Long-term use of pharmeceuticals: weight gain, weight loss, loss of sex drive, liver failure, pancreas failure, some type of cancer, et cetera.) High calorie foods has a different meaning from fatty foods. High calorie foods can be included in a balanced diet, but the key to any good diet is that it is balanced in the type of foods.

i do not regret eating in general, but this one thing just knocked me down: pork sausages with pieces of cheese inside, rolled in a think slice of bacon and fried in oil. this kind of thing really exists and, trust me, not in the north pole, where people have to eat fat to protect themselves.
I never regret eating sweets though :)

Usually anything oily or loaded with sugar. I'd say cookies, because it's so hard to have just one.
