I don't believe in God! Why would I?
Besides the true intention of the church was a place to convert sinners and non-believers to christianity. It was never intended as a place to gather and worship just for the christians. If you believe in a god then you are not required to attend services. The idea of required visits on sunday began with the issue of ties. You know, chances are if your not there you won't give your 10% So of couse the church wants you there.

I personally don't go to church on Sundays because I don't believe you have to gather together with a group of people to prove your faith. Every church has different "rules" and expectations and alot of them contradict each other! I live by the basic principle that you treat others the way you want to be treated. I try to be honest and fair and I do it because it is the right thing to do, not because some priest told me to!

Unfortunately I have to work every Sunday from 9am-6pm, so just enough time to knock out church completely. I grew up in church though. I miss it.

The exact same reason I don't go on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
The modern churches have no practical use in today's society.
Christianity is a relativity new religion in our history. Christianity is a religion that is made up of numerous religions of ancient times, and is of no use.

Because I have faith and believe in God, but I don't believe in churches.
I think churches are full of hypocrites. I also don't feel that I need to go to church to have a personal relationship with God.

i dont go to church on sundays because i am running out of faith and really think that all that church is for is to scam us and get our money so that the preacher can own a nice house and nice car and support his family i think that if you beleive in god that you can worship him anywhere as long as it is him that u are worshipping and there are so many religions and they are always battling one another on what is the right way i mean if god doesnt want it that way he wants everyone to get along

Because I think religion in churches is simply preposterous.
If your gonna be religious, don't go by a book, go by whats inside of you.
I am far to logical minded to believe in a single super being who loves you, but if you even think wrongly, you go to hell for eternity, get real. That's what I do to the ones I love, how about you.....
Bible thumpers are entitled to believe what they want, but as far as I am concerned, that's is stupid, but that's my opinion, and you cant fault me because I have the balls to say what I think without caring of the outcome or the feeling of those who disagree with me.

churchs are full of hypocrites and two faced people! Act one way in church and another otherwise. They say they don't judge you but they do! And the gossip OMG it's terrible. So **** it I'd rather say home!

Been there, done that.
..and done with that.
No interest, nothing to draw me there.
Too much judgement of every other church than their own (and own religion).. 'tis a pitty. Judgement should be God's alone (unless someone's commited a crime where they've harmed someone else)..
