I'm assuming it's a superficial scratch b/c a deep scratch would go thru the ear. Most likely it Will be OK on it's own. Cats are great healers, they problems come when they have bite wounds from each other (that's when you get abscess's). You can try cleaning the ear with a damp paper towel to remove any dry blood and if you would like you can apply a little neosporin type product, i would not use it more than 2 -3 times a day and you probably won't need it for more than 3-4 days. If your cat is shaking his head a lot and the ear swells please call your vet, but it should be fine after a few days.

Put a little neosporin on the scratch. It'll be just fine, if it's just a surface scratch.

You can use cortaide or neosporane. My cats get scratched by each other all the time when they play. Either one works well.

Hydrogen peroxide solution as directed on the bottle - great for cleaning out infection but don't make it stronger than it recommends. Salt water or calendula tincture are both good.
