We're all human, & stress & frustation can make you have periods of being a bit nasty. Letting it out maybe the healthiest thing in fact. Holding it in can be the wrong move. I don't mean it is okay to be abusive, physically or mentally. Still once in while it will come out verbally, & knowing enough to apologize for the slipup caan make the difference. Most people recognize human reaction when they see it & most often will forgive if you make amends.

Yes, I do and unfortunately it's my husband. Being with him for the last 11 years, I guess I feel comfortable with him seeing my "good and not so good" attitudes. I wouldn't take it out on a good friend for fear that she'd think I'm a total loser. In business, I take out my stress on customers (over the phone) by making them believe they're total idiots. I guess I really need to work on my "stress level" so as to not make an a-- of myself and give others the respect that they deserve.

I think sometimes everybody takes things out on other people....when I do it, I try to realize that I'm doing it, and take a step back and a long breath, and relax. Nobody likes it when people do this.
