I feel it the next day and see a change in muscle tone within a week.I cant give too much detail as I dont stick to one regimen for too long-but pilates really works muscles in a targeted way so you can tell it does something

It comes down to three basic things. Exercise, diet, and relaxation. If you are healthy in your choices that apply to each of these, then you could start seeing results in as little as a month, but more commonly up to three months. Rememeber to properly hydrate, and eat less calories than you are burning a day if you are trying to lose weight. Hope that helps.
