Sarah, I hope you feel better. I'm not sure that the word "awful" means that you are sick or that you're feeling sad. If you're sad or depressed, try doing something that makes you feel happy. Do you like movies, music or maybe a hobby--try that. This is also the season when a lot of people get depressed. Take a look around and see others that may be homeless, poor or have a serious illness and thank God that you're healthy and have everything that you need. If you volunteer at a hospital or shelter or an elderly facility you'll have such a good feeling about yourself you won't feel "awful". Have a great day Sarah!
