Just wondering what it would look like if everytime a woman had an itch in her crotch, which does happen btw- and no, it doesn't mean we're dirty or diseased- it's an itch like every other area of our body gets-we just scratched it through our pants or skirts?? Like men do all the time- some do it like it's their JOB! Or, how about when our breasts get itchy- why should we be discreet? I know many men would say, "Don't, scratch away" so they can see us "rub" ourselves!!! Anyway, I just wanted to make men aware that you look ridiculous, and sometimes, we think YOU'RE dirty because you scratch so much!!!! LOL!!!!

Wow...how did we get that I'm angry at men out of this? Lighten up...it was a funny question: Note the "LOL" at the end! But, thanks, I will scratch until my hearts content. And, "Bra straps"? Does that offend you? I'm confused!! Wasn't prepared for any anymosity- sorry I asked.

Ok, folks, we got a little too serious here. I am not angry at men, I didn't say the crotch was different than an arm- although I don't usually have sex with an arm (just sayin'!!!), I DO believe "If it itches, scratch it", I was really trying to point out how funny us ladies would look if we did what men do, that's all. More importantly, have a sense of humor about yourselves, I DO!!! I thought some of these answers were quite humorous, and to those people, thank you- and rock on!!!! Those preachy types- I'm not a prude, I was just thinking how funny we'd all look... laugh a little, life's waaayy to short, and waaayy too funny!!!! But thanks to everyone who replied, I appreciate it!!! You ALL Rock!!!! And now I'm gonna rip off my bra and scratch my crotch with it!!! How's that?!?!?! :D

I for one personally love to see woman adjust their bra straps. It shows brovado and it reminds us men that women aren't as perfect as they would let us men to believe. ;-) All eyes were open when Lil' Kim hit the MTV awards with a purple sea shell straped to her boob and Diana Ross fondled it. Show it off, I say. The same goes for Janet, Mrs Jackson if your nasty, at the super bowl. Thank you Mr. Timberlake.
Let us also not forget baseball players who not only adjust themselves in public they are also televised. Is their a price of rudeness to be paid for comfort? Why don't we just accept people for their level of comfort to scratch and or adjust around us.
I say scratch away free world!

Hmm, this post is making me itchy :). Anyways, I personnally don't scratch my crotch in public. If i really had to scratch I may just rub my bottom on a chair or an object to get the itch out or go in the men's room and "relieve" myself there, than scratch in plain view of the public. Personnally I wouldn't mind seeing a girl scratch if they need to. Why hold back, you got a itch, scratch away.

Brings up other questions: Why is it okay to scratch your arm in public, but not your crotch? Are we really that ashamed and uncomfortable with our bodies? It's a body part, it itches, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna search down a bathroom to scratch it in.

I am not a big fan of seeing someone mess with their crotch, but does it really hurt anyone?

If you have an itch, scratch it. You seem a lot more concerned about what other people are going to think of you than the people who might see you doing it.

Go ahead- SCRATCH, ITCH, and FIDGET to your heart's content.

For anyone- male or female- to scratch the crotch, adjust bras, or adjust the position of genitalia in public is rude and disgusting. After all, that is what the restroom is for.

Scratch it when you get an itch, don't worry about what strangers think and then you will be happier and not be angry at men because they don't care what everyone around them is thinking.

It is not ok, and I would say any man who scratches his crotch in public is extremely crude.
