MAYBE HE REALLY LIKES YOU AND YOU JUST DONT SEE THAT OR IF YOU KNOW HE DOES NOT LIKE YOU THEN ASK HIM WHY HE IS NOT RETURNING THEM. MAYBE HE THINKS IF YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND THEN YOU WONT HAVE TIME FOR HIM, THEN AGAIN HE MIGHT LIKE YOU! :) GOOD LUCK
