Muhammad was a Prophet just like Moses, Jesus, Noah, and the others--he was the last Prophet and Messenger..Muhammad was kind, generous, and from what I read--he was known as a gentle man. He abstained from sin even before he was called by God. He abstained from alcohol, fornication, idol worship..He worshipped and loved God. He was also strong, and he defended himself and fought back agianst those who repeatedly attacked him and the other Muslims.

Muhammad was known as a man of Truth also. And he supported women's rights. He was married to his first wife for about 20 years--and she was his only wife for 20 years. She was also a sucessful business owner, and she had actually hired him to work for her. When he started recieving revelation from God, he placed women into leadership positions. Many people talk about his "9 wives" that he had, which was true. But most of those women were old women, and during that time marriage was a way of prividing for a woman who had lost her husband and means of income..

Many people will post very ignorant responses, but most non-Muslims lack any education on Islam besides what they see on the news. It would benefit everyone to study Islam and study Muhammad.

Hadith - Sahih Bukhari, Muslim, and Tirmidhi

... 'Abd Allah ibn 'Amr said, "The Prophet of Allah, upon him be peace, was never obscene or coarse. Rather, he used to tell us that the best among us were those with the best manners."

"..The Prophet never beat any of his wives..." (An-Nasaa'i)

Quotes from Muhammad, peace of Allah/God be upon him:
============================================
"The most perfect of the believers is the best of you in character, and the best of you are those among you who are best to their wives."

"Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a slave. So, call me the Slave of Allah and His Apostle."

"You are not better than people with red or black skins unless you excel them in piety."

"...Listen! You have your rights upon your wives and they have their rights upon you. Your right is that they shall not allow anyone you dislike, to trample your bed and do not permit those whom you dislike to enter your home. Their right is that you should treat them well in the matter of food and clothing."

"Act equally between your children"

"Allah does not punish the individuals for the sins of the community until they see the evil spreading among themselves, and while they have the power to stop it, do not do so."

"Any man whom Allah has given the authority of ruling some people and he does not look after them in an honest manner, will never feel even the smell of Paradise."

"...don't drink wine for it is the key to every evil."

This is a "bait" question. Whoever posts his/her honest opinion (and even those who apply humor) will almost CERTAINLY be "abuse reported".
