The closest we ever had in the movies was George Burns in "Oh God" 1977, co-starring with John Denver.

But more seriously, our religious leaders, especially the Pope, are regarded as the closest humans to God - at least to the Roman Catholics. Other than that, most people don't think of god as a human.

God was but you know that.

If God was here today in the flesh how would God react as a human to the state of life etc.

I think God would do it the same way as 2,000 tears ago. one person at a time. bringing them to a place of understanding and trusting them to follow that example.

Oh geeze...that is what is still going on. cool.

If he were, he won't have the same impact he once had.. unless he showed us his true powers! Um.. he'll be the highest paid celebrity, all the talk shows will be gunning for him, there will be thousands of people queuing up at his residence, there will havoc on earth..

Or.... the US military would catch him, and bring him to some secret underground lab for experiment.. to find out the source of his power! Try to make a more powerful weapon perhaps!?

He is not one of us,we are all one with him."God dwells within you as you",the essence of your being is unconditional love, you have unity with God within your own heart in unconditional love.
