I have a neighbor that has a sound system that belongs in a rock band not in a backyard bothering everyone.
We need HELP !!. What we would like to see if there is a system that we can place somewhere in one of our backyard that would interfere with his sound system when it gets too loud.. We all have concurred that the music is not bad but we don’t want to hear it inside of our house.
Need HELP.

Most communities have an ordinance against disturbing the peace. Why don't you just call the police?

Have you no police in your area? If the sound is loud enough to be heard inside your house, it's what is called a 'public nuisance' and you can ask the police to come out and tell them to turn it down.

No such thing as a sound interfere....
YOu can either politely ask them to shut the hell up....or stop crying about it.
Note: most bands can NOT adjust the volume level while playing, that includes practices. It's not necessarily their fault.

maybe you should try to talk to your neighbor and let him know that the music is too loud....they might stop putting it on so loud....and no i dont think there is any system that could interfere w/ his music sorry! :) hope that helps!
