Better care for the day cares and Prek schools. Improving security systems to watch who watches/cares for our children. If the teachers/caregivers were paid better, they might perform better! We might even be able to put two teachers in the classrooms so no child goes unnoticed and they may be able to get the individual care that they need. Our education system needs much attention and that is where I would put the money. These poor people work their a.s.s.e.s. off and get paid peanuts.

I think it should be used for a community center chartered by a Non-profit organization. The main reason lots of kids don't go to community centers such as the Boys/Girls lubs is because the parents can't afford to send them.
