Several answerers with more experience than me have replied to questions like this, over and over again, that every known web site which claims to do this is useless, or worse than useless.

Firstly, English has far too many words with multiple shades of meaning. My English-to-Latin dictionary is well-filled with entries giving three or four Latin words for one English word, and explaining which English sense of the word would be appropriate for each. For example, on just two randomly-opened pages: drink, drip, drive, droop, drown; memory, mend, mercy, mere, merry.

Secondly, word order and elegance are important in good Latin. There are established styles and idioms used by the best authors, and a web site could provide grammatically perfect and meaningful Latin sentences which just wouldn't be put that way by any classical author. If you want to produce good Latin, you have to read lots of good Latin to get the feel of it.
