Usually between 4 and 6 ounces. Having said that, I think I'll have a fresh orange right now!! Thanks for the thought!!!

depends on how large the fruit and how juicy. in general i would say only a few ounces in a average orange.

It varies cause oranges come in different sizes and some are juicy and some aren't
