There are non-surgical means of making your face appear more symmetrical. Makeup for example, can help your eyes appear more symmetrical, while there are ways of styling your hair to cover differences in ear size.

Plastic surgery is dangerous, expensive and can go terribly wrong. Why risk your face when makeup can help achieve the results you want and not leave you permenantly scarred?

Ears maybe, not sure about eyes. What is assymetrical about your eyes exactly? Because everyone has some degree of assymetry in their face and if it is only slight, doctors don't really like to mess with that. HTH : )
