I need to make up a a case study on a person with bipolar disorder can anyone help?

The condition has been quite hard on me and my family. The depression of bipolar is killer. To say it simply, I struggle to hold on to life. I feel so suicidal sometimes, I definitely need lots of love and support. My family has a hard time dealing with my extreme change of emotions. Sometimes I'm extremely happy, then the next minute I am crying and depressed. And anything small can set me flying off the handle. I easily lose control and it's hard for my family to deal. Now I am currently in therapy and on meds, but they are still looking for the right meds and dosage for me, so my bipolar isn't quite under control yet. The therapy has really helped though. And finally, what we need from others to help us succeed in getting better is lots of patience and understanding, no criticism.
