Does anyone know what else can i do??? They system goes after the wrong ppl. I never did drugs nor drink, I just need some opion on how can i get them back...

Probably because your older children are of an age to express their wishes and have them taken into account whereas your younger ones are not. You do need a lawyer and you will get legal aid for this. Call a lawyer first thing in the morning and get an emergency appointment. I'm assuming you haven't already had a lawyer working on this for you.

You can also talk to your MP and to local councillors - if Social Services are not doing their duty then they can be reprimanded. If they have treated you badly then your MP can "institute an MP's enquiry". Civil servants hate this - it generates massive amounts of paperwork for them and the threat of one is the equivalent of a rocket up the bureaucratic trouserleg!

I would contact an atty immediately. If you'd rather start now (this minute) then visit http://www.casepost.com and post your case. And I'll just bet an attorney contacts you within hours!

Be sure to leave them a valid email address and tell them you have no money. They will Still demand that the DSS re-evaluate you and your sitiuation. This makes me wonder where your ex is? Incarcerated or what? Good Luck to you! :))

They took them because you allowed the abuse too long, if at all.

You should get an attorney. I'd also write my congreemen and state senators and even govenor of your state and present them with your problem.

Maybe the state at this point don't feel your capable of careing for all 4 children at this time. I've never heard that they can just up and put kids up for adoption. Seek legal help.

I have always put my child first and her best intrest.
I don't know what to tell someone who has made a choice that has cost them their children.

the system doesn't want you to have your kids back so ya might as well give up now. Sorry, but that's the system.
