Every form of healing has a place. I'd take the time to mentally stop thinking as though I am sick and put myself in the position mentally of feeling well and healthy, even if I am not. Then I'd eat lots of green leafy vegetables and some protein and I'd get a good amount of rest after doing a bit of exercise. I'm sure after all of that you'll wake up feeling Amazing.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
