Ha ha, China has over a billion people, and nuclear weapons, i don't think there is any chance that you could convince congress that that would be a worthwhile cause

I. visit a plastic surgeon and be made over to look like who ever the leader is
2. learn Chinese
3. Knock the guy off and take his place.
4. Do something to the US that will cause us to attack
