Break or cut them apart, put them all in a bowl, and rub oil on them and salt and garlic pepper them. Shake them up. Pre-heat oven to 350 F - On a baking sheet lay out all the wings and pieces, back for about 1-hr. (you can cover with tin foil or not) I cover and then when done, (apprx.1-hr) - I turn the oven to "broil" and finish them off. During this period, you must stay by the oven, and watch them, turn them 1 or 2 times until brown and crispy. Now you can put them in whatever sauce you like, or make little bowls of mild, medium & hot, and everyone can help themselves. If making "chicken wings" keep the accompaning side dishes "finger food" - saves on silverwear! - Make Nachos,a veggi platter, cheese & crackers, or if its just for you and your mate, make a nice salad and garlic bread! Keep cooking! The better you learn to cook, the cheaper your food bill!

preheat your oven to 400 degrees!
take 2 cookie sheet and line them with HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL! then spray each tray with cooking spray such as PAM!
season both sides of the wings with Cavendar's Greek Seasoning. season the meat side last. place the wings on the cookie sheet meat side up. after 30 minutes, turn your oven down to 375 degrees, remove the tray from the oven and move the wings to the second tray meat side up. this is to avoid your wings from being greasy.
after 1 hour change your oven to broil and broil the wings for 3 to 5 minutes. watch very careful not to burn the wings. when browned remove them from the oven and place them in a deep aluminum pan (lined with HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL). then cover them with Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil but not touching the wings.
if you wish to add sauce then baste them the last 90 seconds when baking your wings.
if you are making hot wings then have your hot sauce heated and ready to pour over your wings when you place then in the aluminum pan. seal them with the foil and gently shake. do not open the pan while your wings are resting for at least 15 minutes whatever recipe you use!!!
