Anything multiplied by zero is always zero.

In standard computer arithmetic, it is a NaN (which stands for Not a Number).

The explanation is that, supposing its value to be X, then (1/0) * 0 = X can without contradiction be true for many different actual values of X, therefore no particular one of these values is to be preferred to any other.

1/0 * 0 =0
or = 1
=0 bcoz it times zero
= one bcoz u can divide 0 /0 =1
but in fact 0/0 = infinity

The first value is undefined - you cannot divide by zero.
