cheese is food of gods in general. but Parmesan is something unique. once i bought a piece of it from some Italian village... it was an experience similar to a romantic night...
In other European capitals you cannot find anything even close to it.

I am very fond of parmesan. When I eat at Italian restaurants, my plate looks like it is covered with snow before I say "enough".
