In any situation where the activity or location encourages or requires that a man be without his shirt:
1. When exercising a clothing would restrict movement or the ability to correctly/properly perform the exercise.
2. When at a nudist beach :)
3. When someone peeks at you while you are taking a shower.
4. During sex.
4. While doing strenuous chores in very hot weather, such as mowing the lawn, roofing a house, or gardening.
5. While tanning, either outdoors or in a tanning bed (use sunscreen!)
6. When you are a participant in a contest that judges physique.
7. When swimming, either at a lake, ocean, or pool.
8. When within the confines of one's own home.
If a male being without a shirt bothers someone, they don't have to look! :)

I'm just wonding why you gave your stats :-/ ?
I honestly think the only time a guy should wear a shirt is when it's too cold not to be wearing a shirt.
If you work in an office and you can't escape the confinds of said shirt.
Eating, as to keep runaway food from finding its way on to your body.
Thats really about it. Shirt or for fastion and way to show off to pople that you have some about of money and taste.
Skin is for life, you should take care of it, be proud of it and show it off!

Mowing the yard, washing your car, the beach, undressed at the doctor`s, in bed, the shower or bathing, walking around in your house, and exercising in private. Nothing worse than seeing hairy man breasts in public, and a big fat beer gut. The same goes for women. Cover it up in public.

For the person that said gym, no it's not ok to be shirtless at the gym while working out...you'd get sweat everywhere and most likely get your *** kicked.
