The dogs ARE NOT to blame it is the irresponsible owners who don't take time to train their dogs or give them the attention and love that they so desperately need and deserve.

Dogs do not have a conscience. However, they can learn obedience if the owner trains them. When they obey their owner then they are good dogs (provided the owner trains them properly according to good dog etiquette). When they disobey, they are bad dogs and must re-learn through patient training what is expected of them.

They're not. Irresponsible owners are usually too immature to step up to their part, therefore it's ''easier'' for them to blame things directly on the dog, and not on their training methods (or lack there of).

Haha.....I saw your other question that says answer my questions so here I go. I don't think owners like to admit they are wrong....and don't understand that dogs don't come pre-programed.

Because they can't speak.Therefore they can't tell their side of what really happened to make them misbehave.
