I am constantly accused by my guy of being too nice to other guys in social situations.
I am in no way the most attractive woman, I just have self confidence that comes from being funny and intelligent. Anytime w go out I end up getting a free drink from a guy at the end of the bar, or things like that.
My man gets so flustered that I can smile and guys want to talk to me. I never flirt- I always keep things platonic, and I never ignore my guy-
Is smiling to everyone in a room being too nice?
I just always considered myself cheerful!

Theres nothing wrong with being nice to everyone. Just don't give off the wrong impression, or be flirting with other guys when your bf is around.

It sounds like he's worried you'll jump ship. And to be honest, getting and accepting free drinks from these other guys is basically telling them you're interested, at least enough to take their gift. It's a subconscious thing, accepting a drink is accepting the giver of the drink, and being part of a couple means you shouldn't accept anybody like that other then your man.

However, it's both of your problems, he's worried for some reason, and you're gently feeding his fears. So what you both need to do is sit down and talk about it. Which I'm curious as to why you didn't in the first place, is it so hard to talk to him that you had to ask anonymously on the net?

You have what i have... Great personality's! We are able to talk to anyone from the young and old... It's to bad allot of people get offended by that because of there insecurity's don't let that change the person who you truly are... They may not be the one for you! You have confidence in yourself as to were someone else has intimidation by your confidence.. I say stay true to yourself and let your personalty set forth don't contain what this world need most of in a person!

Good luck

If you want to be in a committed relationship, then you have an OBLIGATION to behave in ways that don't cause other guys to hit on you. Otherwise, you're being very hurtful to your partner. Don't put yourself in environments where those situations can arise. If you can't deal with that, then don't be in a serious relationship!

Knock it off!! You're with somebody, that means you're miserable to everyonr except him!!!

If you're a happy person there's no reason to hide it....Be who you are and if he doesn't like it, it's his problem.
